Cricket Sponsorship Individuals
Sckill 4 Sport offers Cricket Sponsorship to Individuals and Cricket Sponsorship to Youngsters. All SCK sponsored players use SCK Cricket Equipment.
Neil Killeen (Durham CCC) SCK Cricket Sponsorship Individuals
As a director of Sckill 4 Sport and a current First Class cricketer with Durham CCC, Neil was our first sponsored cricketer.
Neil was Durham CCC’s “cricketer of the year” in 1999, has taken nearly 300 First Class wickets and has consistently been recognised as Durham’s leading one-day bowler. He currently holds the record for the most wickets taken by a Durham cricketer in a National League one-day season.

Martin Speight (Sussex and Durham CCC) SCK Cricket Sponsorship Individuals
As a director of Sckill 4 Sport and ex-First Class cricketer for Sussex (1986 – 96) and Durham (1997 – 2001), Martin finished his sponsorship with Gray Nicolls and became an “SCK Player”.
During his career Martin scored over 9,000 First Class and 5,000 one-day runs. He scored 13 First Class and 3 one–day centuries, with a top score of 184 against Nottinghamshire and he held the record for the fastest National League hundred (126 off 56 balls against Somerset in 1993). Generally regarded as a one-day specialist Martin is best known for his half-century in the 1993 NatWest final.
As a wicket-keeper Martin still holds the record for the most dismissals in a First Class season for Durham (62).

Mark Davies (Durham CCC) SCK Cricket Sponsorship to Youngsters
A local lad from Middlesbrough, Mark progressed through the County youth system until gaining a place on the Durham CCC Academy.
From there he graduated to First Class cricket and in 2004 became the first bowler in the country to take 50 First Class wickets, a feat he nearly repeated in 2005 when a stress fracture of the back curtailed his season when on 49 wickets.
His success in 2004 led Mark to be on the verge of an England selection and he was nominated as one of the final five PCA Players of the Year. Although the award went to Andrew Flintoff, Mark did pick up Durham CCC’s Bowler of the Year, players’ Player of the Year, Young Player of the Year and the Members’ Player of the Year.

Mark Turner (Durham CCC) SCK Cricket Sponsorship to Youngsters
Another local lad, Mark comes from Sunderland, and similar to Mark Davies graduated through the ranks at Durham and is now on the staff. Mark has represented England at Under 19s level and is expected to develop into a genuinely quick opening bowler.

Jim Allenby (Leicestershire CCC) SCK Cricket Sponsorship to Youngsters
Jim grew up in Perth, Western Australia, but has English citizenship by virtue of his English parents. Originally a professional in the leagues in North-East England Jim was offered a contract by Leicestershire in 2005.
Mainly regarded as a one-day top order batsman who bowls useful seam-up, Jim was selected in Leicestershire’s Twenty 20 squad and played in the finals at the Oval.
2006 is a big year for Jim and we hope that he breaks into and maintains a place in Leicestershire’s First Class and one-day teams.
